How Kimberley-Clark uses social media to boost sales

Kimberley-Clark is using social media campaigns -- including a risque "scrunch or fold" campaign focusing on users' bathroom habits -- to reach a younger consumer demographic. Analysts say the strategy is paying off, with the Andrex brand seeing a 22% uptick in sales. "It's incredibly important that we continue to use the power of social networks to be competitive," says Kimberley-Clark IT executive Mike McCranie.
