How special-education teachers are using tech in the classroom

More schools in Kings County, Calif., are using technology to boost student learning. Some special-education teachers say incorporating technology into their lessons has improved students' literacy skills and engagement. Teacher Jennifer Ferguson said she noticed improvements after students began blogging. "Writing online makes the students more comfortable and makes it easier for them to say what they mean to say," she said.
