Minn. survey ID's factors affecting patient experience

Data from a statewide survey showed most Minnesota residents gave physicians a mean score of 9 out of 10 in communication, while the number of patients giving similar scores to individual clinics ranged from 66% to 98%. However, only 60% of respondents provided high scores for health care access, with many saying that they found it difficult to schedule appointments on time, while others reported waiting for more than 15 minutes before seeing a doctor on a scheduled visit.
