Reflect on the day's wins to cut job stress

New research shows people are less stressed-out over their jobs when they stop at the end of the workday to list for themselves all the things that went right. Employees who wrote down the day's wins -- even if they were not work-related -- reported they felt less stress that night, according to a study in the Academy of Management Journal.
