The solution to invasive species? Eat them.

"Eradication By Mastication" is the best way to get rid of invasive plants and animals, according to Oregon State University biologist Sam Chan. A recent cook-off, sponsored the Institute for Applied Ecology, put such invasive species as dandelion leaves, sorel stems, feral pigs and bullfrogs on the menu. "We say we should eat our way out of danger," said the institute's Vern Holm.
