FEMA charters three Carnival ships

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has chartered three Carnival Cruise Lines ships to house Hurricane Katrina evacuees for the next six months. The ships -- Ecstasy and Sensation, based in Galveston, Texas, and Holiday, based in Mobile, Ala. -- will be pulled from regular service today. Passengers booked on affected voyages can get full refunds and will receive a $100 onboard credit if they rebook with Carnival.
