Jerusalem LGBT community can't get police to reschedule pride parade

Jerusalem LGBT community leaders are continuing to negotiate with police to find a suitable date to reschedule its gay pride parade. The event was postponed from last month's WorldPride, due to security concerns, but police now have rejected as too incendiary a new date of Sept. 21 because it's the day before the High Holidays.
