Study: Lactose-intolerant consumers should still eat dairy

Children and adults who suffer from lactose intolerance can still safely consume dairy products such as yogurt, cheese and reduced-lactose milk, according to a study by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Sales of reduced-lactose dairy products are expected to reach nearly $524 million this year, according to Packaged Facts.
