Officials in Raleigh, N.C., consider changes to building codes

A fast-moving fire that destroyed 38 townhouses in February has officials in Raleigh, N.C., considering changes to the city's building codes. The speed at which the fire spread through the townhouses stunned officials, who said the buildings were up to code. Any changes must be approved by the state's Building Code Council.
