Development aid declining around the globe

Aid from the U.S. and other wealthy nations has declined and is not on target to reach the levels set forth by the Millenium Development Goals for 2015. Development aid has declined worldwide from the middle of this decade, falling 6% in Europe, 10% in the U.S. and 30% in Japan.
