Felmy: Oil market complicated by weather, global forces

Television characters J.R. Ewing and Jed Clampett are not good representations of today's oil market, says API chief economist John Felmy, who is trying to update public perception. Hurricanes, the war in Iraq, OPEC and a growing global market for energy have made the oil market more complicated, he says.
