42% of employees want flexibility more than money

Offering flexible work options could help companies cut costs and retain their best employees, according to a recent staffing firm study. Forty-two percent of respondents said they would take a pay cut in exchange for flexible work options, and more than half said flexibility is important when looking for a job. Almost four-fifths of working mothers and fathers said they would stay at a company longer if it had flexible work options.
