CFOs look for signs of a double-dip recession

More than 40% of chief financial officers believe the U.S. economy is in or nearing a double-dip recession, according to a survey by CFO Magazine. However, most companies said they aren't planning to change their business strategies following last month's market troubles. More than 90% of respondents said they blame lawmakers for the weak economy.
