School-food law "is meant to do good things," expert argues

Marion Nestle, an expert on nutrition and public policy, writes that a federal law calling for more healthful school meals must be turned into regulations before it can be implemented. But she argues that the law "should make it easier for schools to serve foods, not food products, and offer more and larger servings of fruits, vegetables and whole grains."
