You don't always need to grow to be great

Building an ever-bigger business is not every entrepreneur's goal, writes Mark Evans. Some sole proprietors may prefer to stay small, keeping busy with jobs and passing others by when time or capacity is limited. There is a cost to not growing, of course, but some business owners prefer the freedom of being small.
