Bombardier sells Flexjet to private group

Directional Aviation Capital has announced it will acquire fractional service company Flexjet from Bombardier, while also placing an order for up to 245 Bombardier business jets valued at $5.2 billion -- the largest new aircraft order in Flexjet's history. "Our vision for Flexjet is of a luxury brand with a young fleet, the latest technology, hand-crafted interiors and an unmatched owner experience," said Kenn Ricci, a principal at Directional Aviation Capital.
