Accor may face lawsuit from French tsunami victims' families

The families of 41 victims of last December's Indian Ocean tsunami filed a lawsuit accusing Thai authorities and French hotel group Accor SA of homicide, but the prosecutor has not decided whether to declare the suit valid. The Sofitel Magic Lagoon at Khao Lak hotel was destroyed by the tsunami and an Accor spokesman said "everything that could have been done was done at the time."
