BBDO to take on $100 million Motorola account

Motorola, in a blow to its longtime creative partner, Ogilvy & Mather, reportedly has chosen BBDO to manage its $100,000 million-a-year ad account, handle distribution and do some creative work. Motorola will still parcel out some creative duties among a variety of shops. None of the involved parties would comment on the report.
