Center sees uptick in HCV diagnoses in young adults

The Harm Reduction Center's move to a new location in Roseburg, Ore., has led to an increase in the number of hepatitis C cases diagnosed in adults ages 19 to 30. Center staff say more people are becoming aware of the dangers of intravenous drug use and risks linked to having unprotected sex, which also puts them at risk of HIV.
