Defense analyst aims to become Oklahoma congressman

Dakota Wood has spent 25 years in the national security arena and is now aiming to represent Oklahoma's 2nd congressional district, replacing Democrat Rep. Dan Boren, who holds key positions on the House Armed Services Committee as well as the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Wood, a defense analyst, faces a tough road ahead, however, according to at least one political observer.
