Yardbird chef Abergel keeps things simple

Matt Abergel, 29, is the Canada-born chef of Yardbird, a 55-seat Hong Kong restaurant that is getting rave reviews. "We're just trying to cook really tasty, simple food that you don't think about when you eat it," he said. "It's not doing anything to your brain -- it's purely a physical sensation of 'that actually tastes good, that feels good in my mouth.'"
