Boeing expects plane demand to rise 6.1% in China through 2032

For at least the fourth year in a row, Boeing expects the demand for planes in China to increase. The manufacturer says it predicts the country will request 6.1% more planes through 2032, boosting its forecast from the previous year. "We are looking at economic growth, growth in income, growth in trade, tourism in and out of the country, liberalization of the market over time, cost of travel going down," said Randy Tinseth, vice president of marketing. "All of those play a part in where we see the market in the long term."
