Chefs show the importance of local food at N.J. farmers market

Chefs Andrea Luca Rossi and Joshua Bernstein are promoting the local food movement in New Jersey through the Zero Miles Campaign. The pair demonstrate the principles of the movement by creating dishes at a farmers market in Ramsey, and using local farmers to supply the food for their Italian farm-to-table tapas restaurant, Spuntino. "We build relationships with the farmers and help them to help us serve amazing food. That's how it should be," said Rossi.
