FBO lobbies for new hangars at Ohio airport

Winner Aviation opened as the fixed-base operator at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Ohio in 1995 and has become essential to the airport's operation. Now, Winner is lobbying for three new hangars to replace current buildings that are beyond repair. "People come in here with multimillion-dollar planes, and they expect a certain level of appearance," said Rick Hale, the company's president and CEO. "Our goal is to add an entirely new front door to the airport."
