John Kerry's face raises eyebrows

Secretary of State John Kerry has been looking less droopy than usual lately, observers say, and several experts say it's possible he's had a Botox treatment. State staffers denied Kerry had received treatment; still, he wouldn't be the first Beltway denizen to have used age-defying cosmetic procedures. "People are certainly not wearing their wrinkles and age spots with the grace they once did," says plastic surgeon Barry Cohen.
