Lawmakers worry about Syrian strike's cost

President Barack Obama is asking lawmakers to support a strike on Syria at a time when some in Congress worry about having the funds to pay for such a mission or what will happen if additional action is needed. "Everything we do costs money -- there's no free ride on any of these, so someone's going to have to pay for this," said Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska. The Pentagon has said if necessary, it can use leftover money assigned for Afghanistan and Iraq wars for a Syrian action.
