Questions to ask to get the clients you want

Before you can craft great customer service, you need to ask "Who?" -- as in "Who are my customers?" writes customer service expert Errol Allen. After you know the demographics on the customers you have, ask questions to find out how they access your company, when they make purchases, where they're active and what they want. Interact with clients personally or use customer polling to find out more about the clients your firm is attracting, Allen writes.
