Business-to-business marketing videos should focus on how products or services directly lead to customer successes, and the actors in B2B marketing should look and feel like the target audience to improve the connection, Salesforce.com Senior Director of Solutions Marketing Michael Peachey said in this interview. The story of success should even be present in product demonstrations, building a connection through its narrative, he said.
