Survey: 85% of women don't feel bias at work

Eighty-five percent of women say they don't feel they have been passed over for a promotion or opportunity because of their gender, a Gallup survey finds. The results suggest companies that engage workers individually might have better results and fewer complaints about being mistreated in terms of pay and promotions, experts say.
