Study: Yoga's benefits for aerobic conditioning, weight loss are minimal

Yoga may be effective for flexibility and muscular fitness, but the activity has little to no benefit in terms of weight loss or aerobic conditioning, according to a new study. Researchers say yoga offers less than half the physical benefits of even a light or moderate walk, and most people don't realize it is inadequate as someone's sole activity.
