New cruise smoking policies draw praise, cancellations

Cruisers are responding to the changes in cruise line smoking policies by either applauding the efforts, complaining about the changes or canceling their bookings. Mark Conroy, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, says its updated smoking policy has resulted in $3 million worth of canceled bookings since the changes were announced July 5.
