BBB continues to expand its Web presence

BBB's Web presence continues to evolve, powered by a popular site and a new letter-grade rating system for accredited businesses. Next up is a new version of BBB's reports on businesses, which will be made interactive and renamed BBB Business Reviews. "We are going from what was essentially a 1990s brochure posted online to an interactive product," said President and CEO Steve Cox.
