Fargo man finds Crohn's diagnosis difficult to get

A Fargo, N.D., man found getting his symptoms diagnosed as Crohn's disease took time and multiple physician visits, even though rates of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are higher in the Midwest and Northwest than elsewhere in the U.S. Family history, environment and ethnicity also are factors in whether a person gets IBD.
