Michigan State veterinary school celebrates the century mark

Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine is turning 100 this year. The program, which began as a small effort aimed at teaching a handful of students the skills needed to care for the horses and other large animals, has evolved into a cutting-edge veterinary education and treatment center that performs more than a million diagnostic tests annually.
