Pilots unions seeking more collaboration, less confrontation

Relations between American Airlines and its pilots union appear to be headed in a better direction after confrontational union leaders were voted out in favor of officers who promised a more collaborative approach. The elections at American seem to indicate a trend, following similar results at United Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
