Quickserve chains tweak recipes for Asian palates

Quickserve chains catering to fast-growing customer bases in Asian countries have discovered that they need to tweak recipes and menus more than they have in the past. In China, new items include a traditional rice soup and a tortilla wrap containing crispy chicken strips, cucumber, scallions and Peking Duck sauce at KFC; a "seafood catch" pizza at Pizza Hut; and black sesame green tea at Starbucks.
