CFOs and other finance execs have negative outlook, survey finds

Optimism among financial executives including chief financial officers, CPAs and controllers has hit its lowest point since 2009, according to a survey by the American Institute of CPAs. A majority of respondents said they expect the U.S. to have a double-dip recession. Most respondents blamed lawmakers in Washington for their pessimism, AICPA Vice President Carol Scott says.
