CiCi's franchisee bets on mobile to turn around sales slump

The seven-store CiCi's Pizza franchise in Tampa, Fla., recently employed a mobile customer-loyalty program aimed at reversing a double-digit drop in sales. The system uses a guest's mobile phone number as a loyalty card, and automatically connects members with CiCi's on Facebook and Twitter.
