Former Bush administration lobbyist Burgeson joins ATA

The Air Transport Association has hired Christine Burgeson, formerly a senior lobbyist for the George W. Bush administration, as senior vice president of global government affairs. "ATA is building a world-class government affairs and policy team and Christine is a critical addition; she is a first-rate strategist and a proven leader. She is well-known and well-liked by members of both parties," said ATA president and CEO Nicholas Calio.
