Profile: Weight Watchers founder still lives by her rules

Weight Watchers founder Jean Nidetch, 87, says she still mostly lives by the guidelines she used to create the program 50 years ago. Nidetch had weight problems as a child but it was dieting as an adult that led her to the Weight Watchers concept because she did not like how weight-loss programs delivered their message to clients.
