Pipedrive, a new sales automation tool, may work for a small sales team, but has drawbacks for a larger operation, writes Adrian Sanders. In his review, Sanders praises the software for its straightforward sales view, statistics and social functions. The program is lacking, though, in the flexibility and mobile functionality that larger sales forces may demand, Sanders adds.
