Cisco unveils Video Surveillance Manager 7.0

After three years of research and development, Cisco Systems has introduced a comprehensive upgrade to its video surveillance portfolio, offering enterprises fully scalable virtualized support over the company's Unified Computing System. Cisco says Video Surveillance Manager 7.0 can support 10,000 cameras per server and when integrated with Cisco's Physical Security Information Management applications can handle more than 1 million video surveillance streams.
