Ecolab leads chemical industry on global list of innovative companies

Ecolab has again made Forbes's list of the world's "most innovative companies," ranking 31st of 100 after securing 28th the year before. Forbes ranks firms according to their "innovative premium," which provides a measure of the value of a company's potential income sources from newly developed technologies or services. Kao, Air Products & Chemicals, Air Liquide, and ICL Israel Chemicals were also on Forbes' 2012 list.
