CEO: Wal-Mart must repair its reputation

Employee-filed discrimination cases and public outcries against big-box store expansions have hurt Wal-Mart's growth plans to this point, but company CEO H. Lee Scott Jr. is looking to give the chain's reputation a makeover by getting the word out via newspapers and public appearances about the positive changes that have been made under his leadership. Scott remains bullish on sales for the coming holiday season.
