Airline lounges increasingly cater to kids

With airport lounges no longer the exclusive domain of first-class fliers or laptop-toting business travelers, airlines increasingly are looking to make their retreats more family-friendly. Continental Airlines has added toys and kid-sized furniture to its President's Club lounges in Houston, Newark and Los Angeles, while American Airlines is creating children's rooms in nine of its Admirals Clubs this year.
