Fliers should anticipate changes as airlines adjust

Airlines are continually making changes to their flight schedules, forcing their customers to be vigilant and flexible. Fares, however, are much cheaper than they have been, particularly last year when fuel prices soared. Ticket prices are expected to stay low, but fewer seats will likely be available. "There's no sign that demand is picking up," said Joe Brancatelli, publisher of JoeSentMe.com. "Airlines will have to keep prices down to fill whatever seats they do fly."
