FPL seeks state clearance to charge customers for expansion:

Florida Power & Light wants the state Public Service Commission to approve passing to its customers the expenses for expanding its nuclear facilities. The company says the costs are needed and that nuclear is crucial to the state's energy plans. FPL seeks to build two reactors at its Turkey Point plant.
