Higher propylene prices could give U.S. polyols a lift

Demand may still be low, but recent price-increase nominations in the polyols market could get support from higher September propylene prices, buyers said. With a surge in refinery-grade prices, U.S. propylene contracts for this month settled at an increase of 12 cents per pound.
