Parents praise Georgia school vouchers but cite some problems

In its third year, Georgia's school-voucher system is receiving praise and criticism from parents. Parents say they are grateful for the option to transfer students with special needs from public schools to private schools. However, some parents cite problems, including sluggish student evaluations from schools and a voucher schedule that forces some parents to pay tuition up front. Use of the voucher system is increasing in the state.
