The best leaders know nobody's perfect

Perfectionism isn't part of being a good leader, writes Mike Myatt. A commitment to quality is one thing, Myatt explains, but leaders who pursue perfection are doomed to fail -- and will likely drag their company down with them. "If you wear perfectionism as a badge of honor it is time for a shift in thinking. Others won't see it as a badge of honor, but as a sign of pride, ego, arrogance or ignorance," he writes.
